Serializes IssuerSignedList.entries as an "inline list", having serialized instances of IssuerSignedItem as the values.

An entry is written with the bytes it carries in ByteStringWrapper.serialized, i.e. the encoded IssuerSignedItem it was decoded from, because the digests in the MSO are calculated over exactly these IssuerSignedItemBytes (ISO/IEC 18013-5:2021, 9.1.2.5), and CBOR allows an issuer to encode an item differently from this library, e.g. in another key order. Only an entry without bytes is encoded from its value.
