Elliptic curve identifier.

Corresponds to the Tag::EC_CURVE authorization tag, which uses a tag ID value of 10.

ASN.1: ecCurve [10] EXPLICIT INTEGER OPTIONAL. Present in key attestation versions 1, 2, 3, 4, 100, 200, 300, 400.
