Key size (in bits).

Corresponds to the Tag::KEY_SIZE authorization tag, which uses a tag ID value of 3.

ASN.1: keySize [3] EXPLICIT INTEGER OPTIONAL. Present in key attestation versions 1, 2, 3, 4, 100, 200, 300, 400.
