The signed metadata of this credential issuer, to be served with metadataHttpResponse, which selects between this and metadata.

Implements OID4VCI 1.0, Section 12.2.3, i.e. sets typ to OpenIdConstants.ISSUER_METADATA_JWT_TYPE and adds the claims sub and iat to metadata, and issuer_info at the top level of the payload (ETSI TS 119 472-3 V1.1.1, ISS-MDATA-REG_CERT-4.2.3-02).
