Provides a fresh nonce to the clients, for incorporating them into the credential proofs.

Requests from the client are HTTP POST.

Integrators serve it through OpenId4VciServer.nonceWithDpopNonce, converted with OpenId4VciServer.Nonce.toHttpResponse, which sets Cache-Control: no-store.
